Gaetano started their career as an Assistant Trade Advisor at UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) in 2013, where they gained experience in consulting, business development, and event organizing. Gaetano then worked as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at MADI FRUIT, where they were responsible for creating the company's website and assisting the Sales manager in dealing with retailers.

In 2014, Gaetano joined Cannon Spa as a Marketing Analyst. During their time there, they utilized their analytical skills to evaluate marketing strategies and provide insights for decision-making.

In 2016, Gaetano joined Ocado as a Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, they planned, executed, and analyzed digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Additionally, in November 2021, Gaetano obtained a certification from WOBI for attending the World Business Forum Milano 2021.
