Gaetano D'Imprima has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and sales. Gaetano started their career as an Assistant Trade Advisor at UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) in 2013, where they gained experience in consulting, business development, and event organizing. Gaetano then worked as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at MADI FRUIT, where they were responsible for creating the company's website and assisting the Sales manager in dealing with retailers.

In 2014, Gaetano joined Cannon Spa as a Marketing Analyst. During their time there, they utilized their analytical skills to evaluate marketing strategies and provide insights for decision-making.

In 2016, Gaetano joined Ocado as a Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, they planned, executed, and analyzed digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Gaetano also played a key role in restructuring the company's digital channels to improve performance and conducted experiments to gain valuable insights for scalable campaigns. Gaetano left Ocado in 2018 after being promoted to the position of Assistant Digital Marketing Manager.

In 2018, Gaetano joined Moneyfarm as a Digital Marketing Manager and later became the Head of Digital Marketing in 2020. These positions involved overseeing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.

Gaetano then went on to enroll at Università Bocconi, where they completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from 2011 to 2013. During their time at Università Bocconi, they also participated in an exchange program at Waseda University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2013. More recently, in 2015 and 2016, they engaged in a part-time Master - Specialization course with a focus on New Digital Jobs at 24ORE Business School. Additionally, in November 2021, Gaetano obtained a certification from WOBI for attending the World Business Forum Milano 2021.
