Hany Radwan

Hany Radwan began their career in 2007 as a Sales Representative at GSK, moving on to roles in Talent Acquisition and Staffing at Andalusia Group for Medical Services and later transitioning into HR roles at Novartis. Hany then worked as an HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric and a People Business Partner at Mondia Group. Their experience also includes serving as a Talent and Organization Development Partner at Egyptian Refining Company (ERC) and roles at mydrasa, Proteinea, Money Fellows, and Delta Oil as an Angel Investor. Their current role is Director of People and Organization at Money Fellows, where they continue to contribute their expertise in people management and organizational development.

Hany Radwan earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University. Hany later pursued an HR Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The American University in Cairo. Hany also achieved a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University. In 2017, they obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) and as a Train of the Trainer.
