Cynthia James

Cynthia James has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Cynthia is currently working at MoneyGram International as the Head of Global Partner Onboarding and AML Compliance Training, where they are responsible for managing partner onboarding and ensuring AML compliance. Prior to this, they worked at Capital One in various roles such as Auto Finance - Command Center Leader, SBA PPP Loan Implementation Leader, and Operations Leader for Small Business Banking. In these roles, they led teams and implemented processes related to sales and operations, loan implementation, and small business banking. Before joining Capital One, Cynthia worked at Armstrong World Industries as a Lean Process Improvement Leader and at GE Capital in roles such as Operations Fulfillment Leader, Product Manager, Six Sigma Process Champion, Region Finance Manager, and Sales Representative. Overall, Cynthia has extensive experience in operations management, risk management, process improvement, and sales.

Cynthia James has an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Cynthia also holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and Life Sciences from St. Xavier's College. In addition to their educational qualifications, Cynthia has obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE Capital in June 2002 and as a General Electric Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from GE Capital in June 2001.
