Matt Walker

Head of Customer Support at Moneyhub

Matt Walker has over 10 years of experience in the media industry. In 2021, they began working as Service Manager for Moneyhub Enterprise. From 2017-2021, they worked for Encompass Digital Media, Inc. as an OTT Digital Supervisor and MCR Shift Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of five, providing service delivery, fault finding, triaging, and escalation of major incidents. Matt was also accountable for maintaining high service performance and accuracy of reporting. From 2011-2017, they worked for Babcock International Group as an MCR Operator and Senior Operator, as well as a BBC World Service Despatch Operator. In these roles, they were responsible for carrying out operational duties associated with the play-out, routing, distribution, and monitoring of customer content, as well as technical operations of the news traffic desk and routing lines of communication between studio and journalist.

Matt Walker graduated from Falmouth University in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.
