Paul Goodwin

Paul Goodwin has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Paul began their career in 1996 as the Head of Research and Technical Support at Interdependence. Paul then moved to Royal London in 2000, where they held the position of Head of Nationals. In 2008, they joined Aviva UK Life as the Director of Workplace Savings - Marketing, Proposition, Strategy and Development. In 2013, they became the Consulting Director at 11 Consulting Limited, and in 2014 they joined B2E Technologies UK as the Director of Consulting and Client Relationships, where they were responsible for consulting, project management and customer service operations. In 2015, they joined Mercer as the Proposition and Growth Leader, DC and Individual Wealth and Partner, Client Director. In 2017, they became the Non Executive Chair of Trustees at Children's Heart Surgery Fund, and in 2021 they joined Moneyhub Enterprise as the Key Account Director. Finally, in 2022 they became the Non Executive Director at Fizz Benefits Limited.

Paul Goodwin attended Bishop Wordsworth Grammar, Salisbury before continuing their education at Heriot-Watt University, where they earned an MBA in Business in 2008.
