Tom Brown

Tom Brown has been working in the talent acquisition industry since 2015. Tom began their career at Barclays Corporate Banking as a Senior Resource Partner on an RPO Contract. In the same year, they moved to Vodafone where they worked as a Recruitment Manager on an RPO Contract. In 2016, they joined Jungheinrich UK Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Manager on an Embedded Talent project. In 2017, they worked at DC Law as a Recruitment Manager on an Embedded Talent project. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at World Wide Technology as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA. In 2021, they joined Join Talent as Managing Director of DigiSource and in the same year they worked at Yapily as a Talent Partner via DigiSource Group. In 2022, they began working at Amplifi Capital as an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist and at Moneyhub as Head of Talent Acquisition.

Tom Brown attended Royal Latin School from 1994 to 1998.
