Sulabh Daigavhane

Sulabh Daigavhane has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Sulabh currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Truminds Software Systems. Prior to this, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Altimetrik, where they were responsible for driving strategic recruitment for various accounts and leading the Leadership Hiring team. Before that, Sulabh worked as a Talent Advisor for various corporate clients and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Incedo Inc., where they managed the India Talent Acquisition team for Telecom, Financial Services, and Life Sciences/Healthcare verticals. Sulabh also has a strong background in talent acquisition lead roles, having served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Wipro Limited, where they led lateral hiring teams and recruited for various technical and non-technical positions. Sulabh's work experience also includes an MBA summer internship at IRCTC Ltd.

Sulabh Daigavhane completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Sulabh then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi from 2013 to 2015.
