Adam VanWagner, a highly experienced attorney and entertainment industry professional, currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at MoneyLion. Adam previously held the roles of Associate General Counsel, Corporate at MoneyLion. Prior to that, Adam worked as an Associate at Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Adam earned their J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and holds a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota.
