Erica Colon

Erica Colon is a co-founder of Mabaw SoBar, Portland’s first mobile Non-Alcoholic Bar, established in July 2023. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Advocacy - Trust and Safety at MoneyLion since September 2022, Erica manages a team focused on fraud mitigation, develops trust and safety protocols, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes Associate Manager at Coinbase, where Erica led the Customer Account Takeover team and coordinated the launch of phone support, and various roles at Wells Fargo, ultimately managing operations and customer support in multiple capacities. Erica has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, operational efficiency, customer advocacy, and developing training programs throughout a diverse career in customer service and financial sectors.
