Kate Fallon

Kate Fallon is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic people management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at MoneyLion since September 2022, Fallon previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PIMCO from September 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, a notable tenure at Citadel LLC spanned from July 2004 to August 2018, during which Fallon advanced through multiple roles including Director of People Strategy, HR Business Partner in Human Capital Development, Campus Recruiting Manager, College Recruiter, and College Recruiting Coordinator. Fallon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The George Washington University School of Business, graduating in 2003.
