Nicolas Leong has a diverse work experience starting from 2014 when they worked as a Waiter at JW Marriott. Nicolas then joined Two Sticks Restaurants and Bars, Niseko Village in 2016 as a Guest Services Associate. In the same year, they also began their tenure at YTL Hotels, initially as a Sales Account Executive, then as part of their Management Trainee Program, and later as an Event Sales Executive and Assistant Sales Manager.

In 2019, Nicolas joined MoneyMatch as a Corporate Account Manager and later took on the role of Corporate Relations Manager. During their time at MoneyMatch, they successfully implemented customer retention strategies and drove efficiency gains through customer onboarding.

In 2021, Nicolas briefly worked at Shopee as part of their Business Development team, specifically in Key Account Management.

Nicolas' entrepreneurial journey started in 2021 when they co-founded UniWork International Sdn Bhd, a company that provided marketing services to the Japanese market. They collaborated with private universities in Malaysia for consultation and enrollment of Japanese students, as well as promoting various companies such as Taylor's University, Japan Travel Bureau, Japan Fashion Studio, and Comic Fiesta.

Nicolas' most recent role, starting in 2023, is as an Enterprise Solutions Manager at MoneyMatch, where they focus on cross-border finance and blockchain technology. Throughout their work experience, Nicolas has demonstrated adaptability, strong sales skills, and an ability to drive growth.

Nicolas Leong has a diverse education history. Nicolas began their educational journey in 2011 at Raja Abdullah Secondary School, where they pursued a Science Stream with a focus on Biology and Chemistry. After completing their secondary education in 2013, they proceeded to the International College of Hotel Management (ICHM) from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management, specializing in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.

In 2019, Nicolas furthered their education at Inter-Culture Language School Kuala Lumpur. There, they focused on the Japanese language and took the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test. Later the same year, they attended NEXT Academy, considered the Southeast Asia's top Coding and Digital Marketing school. At NEXT Academy, they completed the Digital Marketing Quantum Degrees® program, specializing in Digital Marketing.
