Lucy Jones

Lucy Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lucy began their career in 2008 at THE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE LIMITED, where they worked in sales until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Lucy worked as a Supply Teacher at Wrexham County Borough Council, primarily teaching children aged 3 to 7. After that, they served as a Healthcare Assistant at Ladybird Care from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, Lucy has been working at Moneypenny, starting as a PA and later transitioning to the roles of Account Manager, Marketing Assistant, and currently as a Social Media Executive. Throughout their time at Moneypenny, Lucy has gained experience in customer service, tech support, billing, providing support and training to PAs, and managing diaries.

Lucy Jones obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from Bangor University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various social media and marketing areas. These include certifications in Lead Generation: Social Media, Social Media Stories: Creative Strategies and Tips, Marketing: Copywriting for Social Media, Social Media Monitoring: Strategies and Skills, and Online Marketing Foundations.
