Ted Theodore

Mr. Theodore is the Managing partner for the global and highly successful maanagement consulting company – Ischus Consulting – with presence in Nigeria and the Netherlands. Before now, he worked in various positions in SHELL Nigeria, SHELL NETHERLANDS, SNEPCO Nigeria. His teeth was cut as one of the most innovative Human Resource professionals even before his voluntary retirement from SNEPCO as her HR Director.

Mr Theodore is a turnaround Manager who has assisted several blue chip companies in repositioning their operations.

An MBA holder, he is a qualified chartered administrator and has varied professional qualifications from INSEAD and other institutions in Europe and the US.
