Francisco Tejada is an experienced professional in the fields of community development finance and real estate investment. Currently serving as an Advisory professional at Monge Capital Advisors, Francisco specializes in New Markets Tax Credits and commercial real estate. With a background as a Real Estate Investor since 2007, Francisco has been involved in various projects across Brooklyn, Yonkers, Pittsburgh, and Upstate New York. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst at HKS Real Estate Advisors and Associate Director of Investment Sales at Eastern Consolidated, among others. Francisco has also contributed as a Program Fellow at PROJECT REAP and held engineering positions at Northrop Grumman, where multiple promotions and awards were achieved.
