Anya Jing

Anya Jing has accumulated extensive experience in the field of human resources. Anya currently works at MongoDB as a Regional Employee Experience Manager and previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior to their time at MongoDB, Anya worked at Manhattan Associates as a Human Resources Generalist APAC. In this role, they provided HR generalist and admin support to employees in the Asia Pacific region. Anya also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Oxylane Group (Decathlon), where they were responsible for various HR operations and administration tasks. Additionally, Anya excelled in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance matters.

Anya Jing obtained their Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Anya also holds the certification of MAHRI from the Australian Human Resources Institute.
