Basavadarshan G N has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Basavadarshan started their career in 2015 as a Business Development Manager at Mitra Softwares, where they were responsible for expanding the client base and services across Karnataka. Basavadarshan then progressed to become the Head of Business Operations, overseeing operations and customer success.

In 2017, Basavadarshan joined ICT Academy as a Relationship Manager, where they managed relationships with various stakeholders. Basavadarshan then moved on to UiPath in 2018, taking up the role of Program Manager for the UiPath Academic Alliance. In this role, they successfully managed partnerships and programs related to academic institutions in India and South Asia.

At UiPath, Basavadarshan also served as the Program Manager for Industry Enablement, where they were responsible for enabling industry professionals in adopting UiPath's automation technology. Basavadarshan'sdedication and expertise led him to become the Program Manager of UiPath Academic Alliance, where they continued to drive partnerships and collaboration with academic institutions.

Basavadarshan's most recent work experience is with MongoDB, where they currently hold the position of Academia Partnership Manager in India.

Basavadarshan G N pursued their education from 2009 to 2011 at Sri Bhuvanendra College, where they earned their 2nd PUC degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Basavadarshan then attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2011 to 2015, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Basavadarshan G N completed a Certified Program in Design Thinking from QGLUE Strategic Design & Innovation in September 2022. Basavadarshan also completed a course on Managing and Leading Change at UiPath, offered by Prosci, in August 2021. In December 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance. Finally, in October 2019, they received a participation certificate for the Project Management Professional [PMP] program (Program Code: 1689 PMPCP1) from QAI.
