Claire Olczak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Claire is currently working as a Customer Success Manager, Onboarding at MongoDB. Prior to this, they worked at Airtable as a Customer Onboarding Consultant. Claire also served as an Implementation Manager at VTS.

Claire's early career involved roles such as an Account Associate at Happy Valley Communications and a BMW Electric Vehicle Operations & Strategy Intern at BMW of North America, LLC.

Throughout their career, Claire has demonstrated a strong focus on customer onboarding, implementation, and success.

Claire Olczak holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations/Advertising from Penn State University. During their time at Penn State, they also pursued minors in English and International Studies. In addition to their academic achievements, Claire completed a study abroad semester at John Cabot University.

Claire has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they became a Hootsuite Certified Professional through Hootsuite Media Inc. In 2020, they earned an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot and became Conversational Marketing Certified through Drift. Claire also obtained VTS Fundamentals Certification and VTS Administrator Certification from VTS in the same year. Most recently, in 2022, Claire became a Certified Customer Success Manager through The Success League.
