Everton Agner has a diverse range of work experience in the software engineering field. Everton started their career as an Assistant Teacher for the Projeto FORSOFT - Long-distance learning program from February 2007 to July 2008. Everton then worked as a Software Developer at OSM Sistemas in September 2008. In December 2008, they joined BRQ IT Services as a Software Engineer until June 2010.
From July 2010 to October 2011, Agner worked as a Software Engineer at Consilux Tecnologia, where they maintained and designed solutions for the company's legacy system for vehicle tracking and monitoring. Everton also played a key role in building a fully cross-functional team and migrating the stock database.
Agner's next role was at CEABS Serviços S/A as a Software Engineer from October 2011 to September 2013. Everton was responsible for maintaining and evolving the company's legacy system for vehicle tracking and monitoring. Everton also contributed by designing new database schemas, creating backend solutions, and improving GPS position processing time.
In March 2014, Agner briefly worked as a Programming Teacher at SENAI - PR, where they taught programming fundamentals and various C# APIs and web development.
Agner then joined Mastercard in September 2013 as a Sr. Software Engineer and later took on the role of Tech Lead. Everton worked on various projects, including developing a redesigned reporting solution, migrating and integrating an Agile Project Management solution, and working on a worldwide rewards platform. Everton earned technical leadership recognition and was responsible for key implementations and prototypes.
From February 2018 to January 2019, Agner worked as a Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems. In January 2019, they joined MongoDB as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to Lead Engineer in October 2020.
Everton Agner attended Universidade Positivo from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sistemas de Informação.
