Franklin Sun

Franklin Sun is a seasoned product and software manager with extensive experience in cloud technologies and observability. Currently serving as Staff Product Manager for Observability at MongoDB since February 2022, Franklin previously held the position of Senior Product Manager focusing on Insights and Telemetry. At ScienceLogic, from June 2014 to February 2022, Franklin pioneered an Automations platform, significantly impacting customer engagement and product pipeline, while also serving as Lead Software Engineer and Software Developer, leading a team and developing solutions for various Microsoft technologies and public cloud services. Franklin began an academic journey at The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and contributing as an Undergraduate Researcher.
