Laura Gent Felker

Laura Gent Felker currently serves as the Senior Director of GTM, People, and FinOps Analytics at MongoDB, where leadership encompasses the development and execution of data strategies to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency. Felker also holds a position on the Board of Directors for GlobalMindED. Prior to MongoDB, a tenure at Salesforce featured various roles, culminating in Senior Director of Data Insights and Scalability, overseeing critical analytics and data infrastructure initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Airbnb, The Walt Disney Company, and several internships, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on International Business and Russian from the University of Tennessee.
