Lungowe Andala Fpc (Lulu)

Lungowe (Lulu) Andala, FPC has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2011, Andala worked as a part-time research assistant at Edith Cowan University, where they utilized excel functions for data manipulation and conducted literature reviews for an academic publication.

In 2012, Andala joined Proactiv Payroll as a payroll officer. During their time there, they managed and trained a team of two, successfully improving the quality of service for the company's largest clients. Andala processed payrolls using HR3 software, handling up to 650+ employees across multiple entities. Lungowe (Lulu) also had regular meetings with clients to address payroll issues, bulk salary reviews, and bargaining agreement updates.

Moving on to TriNet in 2015, Andala served as a payroll specialist until 2017.

In 2017, Andala joined MongoDB as a payroll administrator and later transitioned to the role of payroll lead in 2018. Finally, in July 2019, Andala became the global payroll manager at MongoDB.

Throughout their career, Andala has demonstrated a strong skill set in payroll management, team leadership, data manipulation, and literature review.

Lungowe (Lulu) Andala, FPC has an accomplished education history. In 2006, Lulu completed a Certificate IV in University Foundation Studies with a focus on Business at PIBT. The following year, from 2007 to 2008, Lulu pursued a Diploma in Business with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General, also at PIBT. Continuing the academic journey, Lulu attended Edith Cowan University from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Business degree with a Double Major in Finance and Economics. Lastly, between 2010 and 2011, Lulu obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with First Class Honours in Finance from Edith Cowan University. Overall, Lulu has a strong background in business studies with a focus on finance, demonstrating a consistent commitment to education.
