Nayla Lattouf Srouji began their work experience in 2017 as a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Ebony and Co. Nayla then worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Green Flamingo BCN from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Client Growth Manager EMEA at Entravision Interactive, where they managed and grew a portfolio of mobile app promotion clients. In 2021, Nayla joined Infor and held various roles, including Business Development Associate, Business Development Manager, and Subscription Manager | Southern Europe & Middle East. Their responsibilities at Infor included net new customer acquisition, identifying new opportunities, and managing subscriptions. Currently, they are a Scaled Customer Success Manager Associate at MongoDB, starting in 2023.

Nayla Lattouf Srouji has a diverse education history spanning multiple disciplines. Nayla completed their Master's degree in Comunicación y Marketing Digital at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended LCI Barcelona - Escuela Superior in 2017 and 2018, where they pursued a Curso Técnico Superior en Diseño de Sitios Web Interactivos. In 2015 to 2017, Nayla obtained a Masters degree in Interior Design, with a focus on Architecture & Design, from the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona. Their education journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Design and Applied Arts from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK, completed from 2012 to 2015.

Apart from their formal education, Nayla has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Nayla obtained a Curso Universitario de Especialización en Marketing 3.0 y Marketing Móvil from Escuela de Empresa in October 2019, and a Certificado de Fundamentos de Marketing Digital from Google Actívate in August 2019.
