Raj Parmar

Raj Parmar has a wealth of experience in technical services and customer support. Raj most recently worked at MongoDB as Senior Director, Technical Services, where they rebuilt and expanded a talented support team and established strong relationships with major accounts. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Success & Support at Sysdig, where they implemented processes and strategies to improve support response times and customer satisfaction. Raj also served as the Senior Director, Global Customer Support & Success at Platfora and Director of Technical Support at ParAccel, where they focused on maximizing customer success and implementing systems for improved support. Raj was also the Vice President of Services at GoGrid, where they successfully managed a global Network Operations Center and implemented customer satisfaction programs. Raj's experience also includes roles as Director of Technical Services at Gupta Technologies and Director roles at Qualys and Centura. Before that, they worked as a Technical Consultant, Presales, and Support Engineer at GEM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD and Ingres.

Raj Parmar obtained a BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Science from De Montfort University between the years 1984 to 1988.
