Rashi Jain is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and business development across various regions. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at MongoDB, Rashi previously held several key leadership roles at Increff, including Business Head for the US East Coast and UK & Europe, where significant client acquisitions included major brands like adidas and Nykaa. Rashi co-founded R Square Designs, driving growth with prominent clients such as Hero Motors and Reckitt Benckiser. Earlier career milestones include a successful tenure as a Business Development Manager at Gartner, achieving 209% of sales targets, and as an Assistant Sales Manager at ITC Limited, specializing in high-revenue account management.
