Richard Bradish

Richard Bradish has a diverse work experience in the field of people analytics and HR. Richard is currently working as a People Analytics Manager at MongoDB since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mastercard as a Director of People Analytics from April 2021 to June 2021, and as a Manager of People Analytics from August 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Mastercard, Richard held various roles at AXA US. Richard served as the Head of People Analytics from November 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Workforce Transformation Project Management from December 2016 to November 2018. Richard also worked as a Lead Manager of HR Business Partner from September 2014 to December 2016, and as a Senior Manager of HR Business Partner from October 2012 to September 2014. Richard initially started their career at AXA US as an Analyst/Manager of Talent Management from February 2007 to October 2012.

Richard Bradish has a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from New York University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in People Analytics and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera, and Introduction to Data Science in Python from Introduction to Data Science in Python. Richard obtained these certifications in May 2018, March 2018, and May 2017 respectively.
