Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager, ABM For EMEA at MongoDB

Sabrina Novak's work experience begins in 2011 as an Au Pair in the USA, where they took care of children and attended college courses. In 2012, they worked in the Front Office and Reservation department of the Motel One Group. From 2014 to 2015, they had internships at FH St. Pölten, where they served as the Chairwoman of the International Student Network and later as an Assistant to the Head of Department. In 2015, they completed a traineeship in Marketing & Communications at OMV Refining & Marketing GmbH. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Specialist for TUI, where they were responsible for marketing strategies and advertising materials. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Cluster Marketing Manager, PR & Events for DB Schenker, overseeing PR and communications as well as marketing strategy. In 2019, they became the Global Marketing Manager for ANDRITZ Metals, developing a digital marketing strategy and managing various marketing channels. In 2020, they joined LinkedIn as a Client Solutions Manager and was later promoted to Senior Client Solutions Manager. In their role, they achieved significant growth for their clients and managed a portfolio with eight-figure revenue. Most recently, they joined MongoDB in 2022 as the Strategic Account Marketing Lead, focusing on Account-Based Marketing for EMEA.

Sabrina Novak's education history is as follows:

From 2020 to 2023, they attended Middlesex University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on General Management. This program was fully flexible and part-time, allowing their to study from a distance.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Fachhochschule St Pölten and earned a Bachelor's degree in Media-and Communications Consulting.
