Tariq Khan

Tariq Khan, MS has a comprehensive background in HR technology and systems implementation. Tariq most recently served as the Senior Director, HR Technology at MongoDB. Prior to this, they worked for General Atomics as the Director Global HRIS Center of Excellence and IT Value Stream, where they led the development and execution of the enterprise-wide HRIS transformation strategy. Before that, they were the Manager, HRIS, Business Integration and Technology at Southern California Edison (SCE), overseeing HR technology projects and initiatives.
