Tricia Ng has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tricia began their career at The PR People as a Public Relations Executive from April 2016 to June 2017. Tricia then progressed to the role of Senior Public Relations Executive from July 2017 to September 2018.

In 2018, Tricia joined Havas as a Senior Account Executive from October 2018 to March 2020. Tricia then took on the role of Account Manager at Havas' Socialyse division from April 2020 to December 2020.

Following their time at Havas, Tricia worked at Edenred as an Account Manager from April 2021 to October 2021. Tricia then transitioned to HubSpot as a Customer Onboarding Specialist in November 2021. In this role, they onboarded and consulted over 120 HubSpot clients in the APAC region, assisting them with digital transformation and product adoption. Tricia also served as the main point of contact for around 30 customers, providing training sessions and support.

Currently, Tricia is a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, a position they have held since May 2023.

Tricia Ng completed their A Levels in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics at Meridian Junior College from 2009 to 2010. Tricia then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management at Singapore Management University from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also participated in the International Student Exchange Programme at Aalto University.
