Natalie then worked as a Sales Associate at DSW, where they focused on customer satisfaction and sales analysis. Natalie then joined Schneider National as a Sales Account Executive, where they built customer relationships and achieved sales goals through effective communication. Natalie later joined CollegeFashionista as a Style Guru for a brief period. Currently, Natalie holds multiple roles at Monica + Andy, including Director of Guideshop and Customer Experience, Lead Guideshop Manager, and Guideshop Manager. Their responsibilities include overseeing customer experience and managing the operations of the guideshop.
