Pawel Swiatek

Pawel Swiatek has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pawel is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Moniepoint Inc. (formerly TeamApt Inc.) since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Vice President at Capital One from October 2018 to February 2023.

In addition, Pawel has held various advisory and board roles during their career. Pawel served as a Board Member at Crunch-a-Mame / Greenwave Foods since February 2018 and also worked as a Board Advisor at Theorem LP since March 2016. Moreover, they worked as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners starting from November 2015.

Pawel also has experience in founding and leading companies. Pawel co-founded and served as the CEO of MAZEY from April 2016 to March 2019.

Prior to these roles, Pawel worked at Bridgewater Associates from September 2004 to December 2014. During their tenure, they held various senior positions and worked across departments such as Portfolio Construction, Client Service and Marketing, and Research. Pawel played a key role in the growth of Bridgewater, including the establishment of their first foreign office in Beijing, China.

Earlier in their career, Pawel worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst from September 1999 to May 2002. Pawel served clients in industries such as airline, insurance, banking, and telecommunications, and gained experience in areas like M&A strategy, growth and customer acquisition strategy, salesforce management, and creation of management information systems.

Pawel Swiatek's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Harvard University. Pawel studied Chemistry and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 1999. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School.
