German Madrigal

German Madrigal possesses extensive experience in commercial management within the financial sector, currently serving as Gerente Comercial at Monifai since September 2024. Prior roles include Gerente Adquirencia at MultiMoney, where significant growth was achieved in the credit store network across Costa Rica, and Gerente Comercial at Kuiki Credit CR, where the first Fintech in the country was established focusing on the "Buy Now, Pay Later" model. Additional experience includes managing a successful shopping center as Socio/Administrador at Plaza Palacio and leading operations at Banco Promerica and Grupo Financiero Uno, where expertise in credit card operations and partnerships with Visa and Mastercard was developed. German Madrigal holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and a Licenciatura in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
