Ozman Fonseca

Ozman Fonseca possesses extensive experience in the IT and technology sectors, currently serving as Global IT at Monifai since June 2023. Previous roles include Tech on Prem Territory Manager at Oracle, where leadership was demonstrated over a team of four sales representatives, and Founder of IT-Assist S.A., dedicated to optimizing IT investments for organizations. Ozman has held senior positions such as General Manager & CIO at Akros Technologies, overseeing 85 IT technicians, and General Manager for Central America and the Caribbean at First Data Corporation, managing a team of 120 employees. Other notable experiences include leading mobile payment solutions at EZ-Movil, managing loyalty programs at Citi Tarjetas, and various roles at Electronic Data Systems and Sysde-Soluciones Financieras. Ozman holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica.
