Hazal Kilic

Hazal Kilic is an experienced professional in support and technical roles, currently serving as a Second Line Support Analyst and Support Technician at Monitor ERP since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing production and inventory control through the ERP system Monitor G5. Prior to this, Hazal worked as a Consultant at Mid Sweden University from September 2021 to January 2022, providing comprehensive support for university services via a case management system, focusing on documentation and problem-solving. Additionally, experience as a Human Resources Assistant was acquired at Pratt & Whitney Turkish Technic Aircraft Engine Maintenance Center in mid-2019. Academically, Hazal holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Linnaeus University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, along with qualifications in Information Technology from Lexicon - vidareutbildning IT.
