Following this, Michael held positions including Development Operations Manager at the National Building Museum and Director of Advancement Information Systems at American University, where oversight of data integrity and advancement services was crucial. Transitioning into the transportation sector, Michael served as a Business Analyst for Cubic Transportation Systems, before advancing to Analytics Manager at Dyson.
