Holly Tharp

Holly Tharp has extensive experience in finance and business management, currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Business at Monmouth College since March 2017, where Holly has held positions including Controller and Assistant Controller. Prior experience includes various roles in financial operations at Western Illinois University from June 2009 to December 2015, particularly focused on billing, receivables, and accounts management. Holly began their career as a Technical Recruiting Coordinator at TransTech Solution Staffing and managed customer relations and sales activities at Hertz Local Edition. Holly holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administrative Services from McKendree University and two Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, and Human Resources and Marketing from Western Illinois University.
