Michelle Merritt

Michelle Merritt has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Vice President and Dean for Equity and Well-Being at Monmouth College since 2002. In this role, Michelle provides leadership and strategic oversight in areas including student success, equity and inclusion, and counseling services, among others. Previous positions at Monmouth College include Vice President and Dean for Student Success, Associate Vice President for Student Life, and Assistant Dean of Students. Prior to these roles, Michelle held positions at 3Com Corporation as a Program Manager and worked at various universities in student affairs and housing administration. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Monmouth College.
