Ian Hoccom

Ian Hoccom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy management and decarbonisation. Currently serving as Decarbonisation Manager at Monmouthshire County Council since January 2006, Ian has also held the positions of Energy Manager and Energy Officer within the same organization. Additionally, Ian chaired the Energy Group for CLAW from January 2010 to February 2012. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Environmental Services from the University of South Wales (1999-2005), an HNC in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) from the University of Wales, Cardiff (1997-1999), and an HNC in Computer Studies from the University of Wales, Newport (1995-1997).
