Cheryl Tracy

Cheryl Tracy has a diverse work experience. Cheryl currently serves as a Trustee at Shelter Cymru since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Monmouthshire Housing Ltd from 2010. Their roles there included Head of Business Improvement, Business Evolution Lead, Head of Neighbourhoods, Neighbourhood Services Manager, Community Investment Co-ordinator, and Trainee Housing Officer. Cheryl also served as a Board Member at Valleys to Coast from November 2014 to September 2019. Additionally, they were a CIH Futures Board Member (UK) at the Chartered Institute of Housing from May 2017 to April 2019. Before joining Monmouthshire Housing Ltd, Cheryl worked at Blackhorse Finance as a Customer Complaints Specialist from June 2007 to May 2010.

Cheryl Tracy has a diverse education history. Cheryl obtained a Level 7 Strategic Leadership & Management degree from the Chartered Management Institute in 2023. In the same year, they also received a certification in Agile Project Management from APMG. In 2020, Cheryl completed a Change Management Practitioner program at APMG International. Additionally, they obtained a Prince2 Practitioner certification from People Cert in 2019.

Prior to their certifications, Cheryl pursued higher education. Cheryl earned an MA degree in Housing from the University of the West of England from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they obtained a BSc Econ degree in Social Policy and Criminology from Cardiff University between 2004 and 2007.

In terms of secondary education, Cheryl completed their A Levels in History, Politics, and English Literature at Barry 6th Form from 2001 to 2004. Cheryl also achieved 9 GCSEs from Bryn Hafren Comprehensive School, although specific years of attendance were not provided.

Furthermore, Cheryl holds the AgilePM Practitioner certification, which they obtained in September 2022 from APMG International.
