Gareth Hillier

Gareth Hillier serves as a Board Trustee for the Spinal Injuries Association since March 2024 and has held the position of Head of Digital Technology, Performance, Business Improvement, and Modernisation at Hertfordshire County Council since January 2015, while also leading the STP Technology programme across Hertfordshire and West Essex. Additionally, Gareth is a Business System Manager and has experience as a Board Member for Howard Cottage Housing Association and Vice Chairman in a non-executive directorship role, focusing on strategy and governance. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Independent Parental Special Education Advice and Development Manager at POhWER, as well as Regional Manager at Papworth Trust and Associate at wiles consulting. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Cambridge.
