Jamie Haines

Jamie Haines, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resource professional with a diverse background in recruitment, employee relations, and training. Currently serving as the Human Resource Director at Monnig Global since August 2022, Jamie previously held roles at Hubbell Power Systems, focusing on recruitment and training as well as being a DDI Certified trainer. Prior to that, Jamie served as the Human Resources Director at Mid-Am Building Supply, managing recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Additional experience includes roles at The Home Depot as District Human Resource Manager and at Chariton Park Health Care Center as Human Resources Manager, along with earlier positions at Midway USA and MBS Textbook Exchange. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Truman State University.
