aimee hartley is the co-founder of Twelve Noon Studio, a creative studio specializing in crafting stories, strategies, and publications for purpose-led brands in the food, drink, and hospitality industry. aimee is a freelance writer for Monocle Magazine and has contributed to other publications such as Mr Porter, Condé Nast Traveller, and BA High Life. aimee was also the founder and editor of Above Sea Level, an independent print magazine focused on wine. With a background in marketing and events management, aimee has worked with companies such as Nyetimber, Bibendum Wine Ltd, and Sfuso Wine Company. aimee holds a degree in English & American Studies from The University of Manchester and has also obtained Intermediate & Advanced Certificates from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
