Selcuk Ermaya has extensive work experience in the field of software development and project management. Selcuk is the CEO and Founder of MonoFor, Inc., a company that specializes in Identity & Access Management solutions. Selcuk started MonoFor in 2017 and continues to lead the company.

Prior to starting their own company, Selcuk worked as a Software Project Manager at pladis Global from 2014 to 2017.

Selcuk also founded and developed Blogsa, an open-source blog engine project, from 2008 to 2016. During this time, Selcuk utilized ASP.NET and C# to create a fast and feature-rich blogging platform.

Selcuk has also worked as a Senior Solutions Developer at Knowledge Experts Consultancy from 2013 to 2014, and as a Web Application and Sharepoint Developer at EXEDRA E-Business Solutions from 2010 to 2012.

Additionally, they worked as a Web Application Developer at UDAV Software from 2008 to 2010, at a Private Educational Institution from 2006 to 2008, and at Konan Information Technology from 2004 to 2006.
