Jana Haynes

Jana Haynes has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Jana is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Monogram Foods since February 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Hormel Foods, including VP & Controller, Director of Investor Relations, Director of Taxes, Tax Manager, and Cost Accounting Manager from 2000 to 2022. Jana also served as a Board Member at MegaMex Foods, LLC and Applegate from 2016 to 2022 and 2015 to 2022 respectively. Jana began their career as a Tax Analyst at Koch Industries from 1997 to 2000 and held supervisory positions at Hormel Foods from 1994 to 1996.

Jana Haynes earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In 2008, they attended the Minnesota Management Institute at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Although they did not obtain a specific degree, they focused on management through this program. Most recently, in 2018, Jana received a Certificate of Professional Achievement in General Management from Kellogg Executive Education. In addition to their educational accomplishments, they are also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Minnesota Board of Accountancy; however, the timeframe for obtaining this certification is unknown.
