Jason Phillips

Jason Phillips has extensive experience in industrial maintenance, currently serving in that capacity at Monogram Foods since May 2017, where responsibilities include maintaining machinery for sausage and beef jerky production. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Maintenance Leader at Freight Car America since 2010, overseeing mechanical repairs on plant production equipment and managing the maintenance crew. Additional experience includes serving as a Maintenance Mechanic at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated from 2002 to 2010, and at Mapleleaf Bakery and Valley Dale Foods from 1995 to 2002, performing mechanical repairs on various production equipment. Jason Phillips graduated from Staunton River High School.
