Brian Loflin

Brian Loflin is currently the CTO at Monogram Health. Prior to this, they served as an independent consultant from May 2021 to September 2021. Before that, they were the SVP Chief Information Officer at AccentCare, Inc. from December 2018 to December 2020. Loflin's longest previous position was as the Chief Information Officer at IASIS Healthcare from March 2001 to October 2018, where they directed IT strategy and operation for 17 acute care hospitals and 1 behavioral health hospital consisting of 3,700 licensed beds covering 6 states, 140+ physician clinics, 14,000 employees, and a Medicaid managed health plan in Arizona and Utah with a total annual net revenue of $3.3B. While at IASIS Healthcare, Loflin managed a team of 280 employees supporting hospitals, employed physicians, outpatient service facilities and Medicaid managed care health plan. Brian also prepared budget and timeline for $155M, 3-year project to implement Cerner Millennium clinicals and revenue cycle systems at all hospitals and physician clinics, guiding vendor system selection and negotiation to replace legacy acute and ambulatory systems. Loflin assembled and lead project team of consultants, operations, IT and hospital staff.

Brian Loflin has a BSBA in Managment Information Systems from Western Carolina University and an MHA in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University.
