Janet McClora, LMSW, currently serves as Clinical Performance Manager and formerly held the position of Social Worker Care Manager at Monogram Health since January 2021. With extensive experience in the social work field, Janet has worked as a Therapist at Klein Family Counseling, a Master Level Social Worker at Fresenius Medical Care North America, and a Social Worker II at Life Strategies Of Arkansas, among other roles. Proficient in developing diagnoses and service plans, providing psychotherapy, and conducting psychosocial assessments, Janet has demonstrated expertise in coordinating care and improving patient quality of life across various healthcare and educational settings.
