Keith Swan

Keith Swan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Monogram Health, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate financial, accounting, actuarial, and medical economic functions to enhance care for patients with polychronic conditions. Previously, Keith held significant leadership roles at Evernorth Health Services, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and interim President of Evernorth Care Group, successfully managing financial consolidation and strategic planning. Keith also served as CFO for Cigna Medical Group, led the Medicare Advantage business in Arizona on an interim basis, and acted as CFO for Employer and Individual business in Europe and Africa. Early career experiences include an actuarial internship at Scottish Life and co-ownership of a services company. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Actuarial Maths and Statistics from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Melbourne.
