Megan Heline

Megan Heline has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan started their career at Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women as the Recruitment Processes Chair. In this role, they were responsible for managing recruitment processes for the fraternity. Megan then transitioned to the University of Connecticut, where they served as a UConn Honors Program Student and Honors Scholar. Additionally, they worked as a Quantitative Learning Center Tutor, specializing in Calculus and Business Math.

Following their time at the University of Connecticut, Megan joined CVS Health. Megan held various positions during their tenure, starting as an Analyst in IT Leadership Development Professional. Megan then progressed to the role of Senior Analyst, eventually becoming a Manager in Primary Care Strategy and Planning. Megan also served as a Senior Manager in Aetna Mental Wellbeing.

Currently, Megan is employed at Monogram Health as Vice President of Reporting & Analytics Engineering. Megan previously held the positions of Senior Director in Performance Management and Director in Performance Management at the same company.
