Omer Mastoor

Omer Mastoor has a strong background in project management and has held various roles in different companies. Omer is currently working as an IT PMO Lead at Monogram Health since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager in the EPMO at Compassus from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they worked at UBS as an Associate Director - Online Services Platform from 2021 to 2021, and as an Associate Director - Group Internal Consulting from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2020, Omer worked at Centerstone as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully managed multiple projects and implemented best practice PMO methodology. In 2016, they also worked at UBS as a Project Lead, where they played a crucial role in updating the payroll system. Their career started at Bank of the West in 2015 as a Project Manager CCAR, where they focused on operational risk management and governance. From 2013 to 2015, Omer worked at BBVA Compass as a Project Manager Scrum Master, where they facilitated communication and collaboration between functional departments and the software development team.

Omer Mastoor completed a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Leicester from 2012 to 2013.
