Thomas Lilly

Thomas Lilly has a diverse work experience spanning different healthcare and finance roles. Thomas currently holds the position of SVP, Development at Monogram Health, where they are responsible for transforming healthcare delivery for patients with kidney disease. Prior to this role, Thomas served as the SVP, Development & Chief of Staff at Monogram Health and as the Chief of Staff.

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked at Bright Health as a Manager, IFP Product Development, Product Manager, Individual & Family Plans, Senior Associate, Care Partner Development, and Associate, Business Development. During their time at Bright Health, they contributed to the development of individual and family plans and played a key role in care partner development.

Before joining Bright Health, Thomas gained experience in healthcare investment banking at Cowen and Company. Thomas also worked as a Summer Analyst at Shoal Market, LLC.

Thomas Lilly obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Bowdoin College. Thomas also holds a certification in Series 79 - Limited Representative Investment Banking from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
